Truck was great. Onsite staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making my move as smooth as possible. One issue: I had a storage unit that I was charged $80 in late fees for because the website locked me out, despite multiple password changes, and every time I called in to pay, the "system was inaccessible". No one could waive anything, I would always have to speak with someone else. It's frustrating when you're trying to be a good customer and make timely payments, but get stonewalled and a "there's nothing I can do" - a very polite "nothing I can do", but same answer nonetheless. Employee on site - who obviously takes great pride in his work - even admitted the storage system was poorly programmed and didn't work well. Why do I have to pay the price for their faulty system?
