If you prefer, you can also chat with our customer service team online, or give them a call at 1-800-GO-UHaul (1-800-468-4285). For storage reservations, it may vary depending on the location type. If the storage reservation is at a U-Haul owned facility, customer service can cancel the reservation, or you can call the location directly. If the storage reservation is for a storage affiliate (privately owned storage facility) it must be cancelled with the storage location.
