Cedarbrook, N.J. (Dec. 17, 2014) – U-Haul Company of Southern New Jersey has acquired Cedar Brook Self Storage at 59 N. Route 73 in Cedarbrook, N.J., and rebranded it as U-Haul Moving and Storage of Cedar Brook.
The facility encompasses 40,159 square feet of storage space on 11.58 acres of land. It features four single-story buildings containing 265 units, 62 of which are climate-controlled, and 33 RV-parking spaces. The property also includes a rental office and maintenance building, and provides truck and trailer rentals.
U-Haul also purchased an abutting parcel of land on which it plans to develop a U-Box moving and portable-storage container warehouse.
