Meet U-Haul Boxman Elvis

Jan 14, 2015

Boxman Elvis 748-057TUPELO, Miss.—There’s been another Elvis Presley sighting. And this time, it appears the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll was just visiting his old stomping grounds. Or is that just U-Haul Boxman moonlighting as an Elvis impersonator? Whatever the case, this impressive display sure is getting people “all shook up” at U-Haul Moving and Storage of Tupelo.

“This is Boxman Elvis, a not-so-distant relative of Elvis Presley,” noted General Manager Justin Cayson. “He’s a little less conversation and a little more action. He performs live in our store every day, except his performances involve helping people find everything they need for their move, rather than singing.”

Boxman Elvis has picked a perfect spot, as Elvis Presley’s birthplace is right behind the U-Haul Store. And, “that’s all right” with us!

“After touring Elvis Presley’s birthplace,” Cayson noted, “people can stop by and check out Boxman Elvis!”

Of course, the Tupelo Team always makes sure to tell every customer, “Thank you. Thank you very much!”

This is just one of many U-Haul Boxman creations at U-Haul locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. You can see more at U-Haul Boxman’s Facebook page. What’s your favorite one? Tell us about it in the comments section.
