U-Haul Converts Former Employee-Training Center to Self-Storage in Temecula, CA

U-Haul International Inc. is converting the former Center for Employment Training Rancho- Temecula property in Temecula, Calif., to a self-storage facility. Named U-Haul Moving and Storage of Temecula, the property at 27941 Jefferson Ave. is visible from Interstate 15, according to a company press release.

The 5.2-acre property contains a single 38,858-square-foot building that was built in 1970. It currently features a temporary showroom offering cargo vans, and truck and trailer rentals. Plans are underway to add self-storage, U-Box moving and storage containers, propane-tanks, custom-hitch installations, trailer wiring, and transmission-cooler installation.
