Washington Welcomes U-Haul Moving and Storage of Bremerton and Gorst

BREMERTON, Wash. – The former Bayview Mini Storage has been revamped into a state-of-the-art U-Haul facility: U-Haul Moving and Storage of Bremerton and Gorst.

Through its adaptive-reuse efforts, U-Haul Company will provide a viable and landscaped business at 4107 State Highway 16 West.

U-Haul Moving and Storage of Bremerton and Gorst features seven one-story self-storage buildings, a 500-square-foot modular office and a 154-square-foot metal building, for a total of 38,059 square feet of building space. On this 4.09-acre property there are also 79 RV parking spaces available on-site.Bremerton3

As the newest addition to U-Haul Company of Southern Washington, this location offers truck and trailer rentals, self-storage and U-Box moving and self-storage containers. Future plans for this facility include upgrading the roof and self-storage room doors and the addition of a specific U-Box container area and loading dock.

“This location gives us the opportunity to expand our services, specifically our self-storage and U-Box containers,” Kim Merow, Marketing Company President of U-Haul Company of Southern Washington, said. “By opening this location, we are able to serve more customers and provide secure self-storage to the Kitsap peninsula.”
