This year’s Migration Trends Report is out and at No. 5, we have Orlando. If you’re moving to Orlando, Florida, you’re most likely moving for one of these three reasons: the beautiful location filled with mild weather and tons of activities, the cost of living, and the various employment opportunities. We asked our movers to share with us their moving experiences — Check out their moving stories through #UhaulFamous photos below:

“Every year I rent two of the largest U Haul trucks available. The Marines,Toys 4 Tots and myself go around to all the drop box locations picking up truckloads of toys for children in need. We couldn’t do it without the help from U Haul and all the wonderful volunteers.”
Thanks for your selfless work each year guys!

“As the Band Director of The Black & Gold Brigade at Bishop Moore Catholic High School, I have been using U-haul trucks since my first away football game 15 years ago.
Whether we are traveling to South Florida for a High School Football Championship or participating in a Regional Marching Band Competition, performing for an NBA Basketball game or marching in community events like the annual Veterans Day Parade in downtown Orlando, we can always count on Mary, our local U-haul goddess, to provide us with a clean reliable truck to carry our Band Equipment to our performance destination.”

“While I only adopted Ollie the terrier mix less than three years ago, he has already moved with me twice! Even though my new place is 15 minutes from my old one, it was nice having such a dedicated co-pilot for my first U-Haul renting experience! My dog watched anxiously from the balcony as we loaded this mysterious new truck called a “U-Haul.” When we got outside, he couldn’t wait to hop in!”
Sometimes pets just know when a move is going to be a great new adventure.
