Ponderosa Insurance Announces New Director for SafeStor Tenant Insurance

Louis Coronado Jr. of the Ponderosa Insurance Agency has been promoted to Director for SafeStor Tenant Insurance.

Coronado’s career journey began with Ponderosa in 2018 as an underwriter for the self-storage property program through AON. This early experience introduced him to the dynamics of the self-storage insurance world and how complex the industry can be.

After 18 months, Coronado was promoted to marketing account manager, and his focus turned to Safestor Tenant Insurance products for independent operators. In October 2022, he was named Supervisor of Account Management.

Throughout his career, Coronado has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a remarkable ability to navigate the complexities of the insurance world. Coronado and his team have been instrumental in driving Safestor to continued success.
