U-Haul Extending 30 Days Free Self-Storage to Decatur Storm Victims

Apr 5, 2018

U-Haul Company of Northern Alabama is offering 30 days of free self-storage and U-Box container usage to residents who have been impacted by the high winds and severe storms to strike Decatur.

Winds have reached near-hurricane force, causing roofs and also awnings to be ripped off buildings.

“This is a small town, and a significant storm like this can be devastating,” U-Haul Company of Northern Alabama president Chuck Newell stated. “As a caring neighbor, we want to help as many families as possible by providing a safe, secure place for them to store their belongings.”
