U-Haul Moving and Storage of North Spokane Open for Business

May 15, 2015

U-Haul Company of Inland Northwest recently acquired the former home of Spokane Storage. U-Haul Moving and Storage of North Spokane at 7028 North Division Street, located just east of U.S. Route 2, is open for business and ready to assist the community with its moving and self-storage needs.

This existing self-storage facility features six one-story self-storage buildings, one two-story self-storage building and one two-story building that houses the office and two apartments.

U-Haul Moving and Storage of North Spokane features 101,769 square feet of building space on 4.31 acres of land. This facility offers climate-controlled self-storage along with truck rentals.

Spokane2“This U-Haul store brings the Spokane community a self-storage location that cares about our customers,” general manager Kim Britton said. “We have a great staff that the residents in Spokane can rely on to meet their moving and self-storage needs.”

The acquisition of Spokane Storage was driven by U-Haul Company’s Corporate Sustainability initiatives: U-Haul supports infill development to help local communities lower their carbon footprint. Our adaptive reuse of existing buildings reduces the amount of energy and resources required for new-construction materials and helps cities reduce their unwanted inventory of unused buildings.
