This location is better than most U-Haul locations for sure (more vans/trucks available, 24 hour drop off etc) so grading on a curve here. But the staff's total resistence to dealing with anyone at the counter even if you've selected "Pick Up My Truck At The Counter" is really annoying and makes everything take longer. U-Haul's pivot to mobile-first is pretty buggy, and the long line of customers struggling with the app or the online check-in makes a big bottleneck in the store every time. Whereas if we were allowed to choose 'Pick up at the counter' and have that be true, it would be a lot smoother.
